Today’s WOD was pretty good. I still can’t hardly run on my knee, but I think it is making progress… I completed the workout in 37:17. The actual workout would have been 8 rounds total. I just had enough at 5 rounds. I also have been walking everyday after lunch for any where from an hour to a half hour… I now weighed in at 222-224… The boat rocks and so my weight changes constantly. I will take the average at 223. I started out a month ago weighing in at 235 pounds which is more than likely why I have knee troubles right now. I most definitely need to get back down below 200 pounds. Like around 185! That’s the goal. That will be 50 pounds total and would be back down to my fighting weight! It’s a lot and not easily done when I am behind a desk most of my life…
