WOD Particulars:
MetCon: 10 Rounds for Time of: (30 Minute Cut-Off Time)
- 15 Wall Balls – 20# @ 10′
- 3 Clean & Jerk @ 135#
Today’s WOD – Hard Workout Today! I was suppose to do 10 rounds of the metcon, but ran out of time… I did get 8 full rounds though! Not bad considering I rode hard on the way home from work. How did you do on your workout today? What did you do? Post in the comments and let me know.
