Today’s WOD was pretty fucking badass! I wished I would have wore my running shoes though! My ankles are a bit sore after wearing my Crossfit Shoes (Reebok). Anyway, I finished the entire workout in 30:55. The row time was for 10:11 and it was the longest 10 minutes I’ve ever experienced… That makes me wanna do it again. I almost did not get a workout in because I was dealing with a theft in my own room! Someone came into my stateroom and helped themselves to $120 of my hard earned cash! Fucking scumbag!!!
I’m letting the captain manage it for now. If nothing gets done and I don’t get my money back, I will kick the fuckers ass when we get to Africa! Yes, I know who it is! We have a skeleton crew on board and we are all really close friends as well and this one catering employee is new to the rig. He told his supervisor that he had cleaned my room and that it did not need to be done again. He did not clean the room first of all… Liar & a Fucking Thief! I hate both equally. Well, I don’t wanna dwell on this and bore you, so I will sign off now.
Book To Read:
Olympic Weightlifting By Greg Everett… Absolutely KICKASS!!!
Olympic Weightlifting: A Complete Guide for Athletes & Coaches
419 pages that breaks down each move and adds all the supplemental exercises too. There is even a section that covers nutrition. I really like the content of the book. It covers Olympic Lifts and that’s it! Everything that will improve your snatch and your clean & jerk. You really need to pick up this book…
