Today’s WOD was the last workout of the hitch. This particular workout was a hell of an arm burner. I could barely get through the dips right after the bench press. 185# was the perfect weight for me on this workout. I completed all 5 rounds un-broken. I think if I program another workout like this one, I will hit 1000 meters on the rower. Anyway, I completed the workout in 31:14 and feel great that I even went into the gym tonight. All the others who are going home tomorrow surely wouldn’t catch themselves in the gym… See what others are doing and then do the opposite!
