Today’s WOD was great! I’m amazed I was able to run 2.5 miles while completing this grueling workout. Five half mile runs is brutal. Hoping tomorrow is much easier on the body. I’m planning on doing another 2.5 mile run and then row 1000 meters and jump on the bike for a 30 minute ride. We shall see though. I completed today’s workout in 40:14 which is just 14 seconds slower than I wanted to. I really could care less about that though. I’m just glad I was able to do the workout…
