Today’s WOD was straight up hard core! I’m not used to doing full cleans in this type of workout. I started out just doing power cleans and figured I need to build strength exploding out of the squat. Well, now I know the knees can only handle so much of that! I did feel really good and quick at getting under the bar which is something I’ve had difficulty doing in the past. Great workout overall though!
