Today’s WOD was great! I am finally at a time now where I can start hitting the gym again 5 days a week. I would imagine I will be experiencing DOM’s over the next couple of days since I have been sporadic at best getting into the gym. That’s cool though as I really did need a good break from the barbell. Now its back to serious barbell business! 🙂
