Today’s WOD a beast and fast too! I probably sounded like a Ole Blubbering Walrus with some serious moans and groans! Anyway, I managed to pull out 6 complete rounds out of my ass along with 3 more snatch and 5 dips before utterly dying! Still felt great and overall a great workout!
