- 5 Overhead Squats @ 45#
- 10 Burpees
- 15 Double Unders
Total Reps: 130
Today’s WOD a “Hell Yeah” workout! I am finally getting pretty damn good with double unders and I am finally figuring out overhead squats! I’m totally stoked over that!!! I can’t wait for Fridays strength portion of the workout! I may be able to get the weight a bit heavier. However, not to rush things! Keep with the programming.
