- 14 Lunges (7 each leg)
- Burgener Warm-up

- Shoulder bands
- Wooden Dowel for shoulders

Strength: Clean & Jerk @
5 Rounds for Time of:
- 1/2 Mile Eliptical
- 6x Clean & Jerk @ 95#
Today’s WOD – Time: 19:05.
So, since the weekend shoulder strain, I’ve decided to take it easy on the heavy weights. In fact, I’m going to switch up things entirely for a few weeks and just hit the MetCon’s. My reason for this is to try and drop some more weight. I’m stagnant at 205# and really want to get back down to about 190#. In order to do that, I have to really focus on the diet as well as increase my MetCon’s. Stop focusing so much on the strength program…
***Shoulder Update***
The shoulder is feeling pretty close to back to normal… It is still sore, but my range of motion is almost back to 100%. That’s what I am worried about most of all. At 47, range of motion is everything! Anyway, I’ll keep you posted…
