Today’s WOD is another heavy hittin day on the engine! My breathing was through the roof! But I just had to finish in under 20 minutes! This is the second time I’ve done this workout. I think the last time I did it, I used 115# for the power snatch. Going to look back and see if there is a difference from the last time this workout was done…
