Today’s WOD is a run repeat. I did this workout a bit faster this time. Not only that, I rest walked a lot less and ran more of the workout! The point 05 was just the slow down and stop part of the run. I felt really good on today’s run! I’m glad I’m off for a couple of days. My body is whooped!
