Today’s WOD was a bit taxing on my nervous system. Not sure what was going on but it hurt more than I thought it should. I planned on doing the workout in 12 minutes, but ended at 17:41 which sucked. I was also going to rest for 5 minutes, then hit another MetCon of 50 Pull-Ups (Strict) and 50 Situps with a 44 pound kettlebell. I elected to save myself since tomorrow start the Granite Games Online Qualifier. Anyway, not a bad workout anyway. There was a lot of intensity in this workout and I plan on doing it again in the next few weeks with the Rx of 115#. Until then, hope you had a great day, safe day, be kind to others! ‘Snap’
