Today’s WOD was another great workout! I had no issues with deadlifts and felt really strong too. Like I could have lifted a shit ton! Anyway, the metcon was great as well. As I said yesterday, I was going to kill the kettlebell and I think it killed me with this one… I completed the metcon in 15:56. In my opinion, that is really good for me. What’s that? 136 reps I believe. Anyway, super kick ass workout and I am going to continue to add more kettlebell work in my routine.
