Today’s WOD was a great workout after coming off a cold of sorts. I have been so congested over the last two days, I could not even think of getting in the gym. Besides, the last time I was sick, I kept working out and made things really bad. Ended up with a mild pneumonia bout! So, this time I held out for two days to get better and loaded out with Vitamin C at 3,000+ mg!
So, back to the workout! I had a PR today in reps! I completed my max weight for 3 reps! The reps were below parallel with the first one bottomed out! Couldn’t quite get myself to try another one like that, so only went to below parallel for the last two. I’m so jazzed!!! Getting close to equating 300#’s…
