Strength: Snatch to Overhead Squats

- 1 @ 105# (OHS PR)
Today’s WOD was a good mix for strength… I am slowly working towards being able to do a squat snatch. Even though I can snatch about 160#, dropping back and building up the OHS seems to be the right thing to do. So, today I got myself a 10# PR total. If I was just doing OHS’s, I probably could have gotten a 20# or more PR. But I am happy with my effort today. Now it is time for another video! Maybe I should start doing my own Podcast instead of attaching others like Barbell Shrugged? Love that crew – those guys rock!
