Total Reps: 7 Rounds Plus 3 DB Snatch, 5 Pull-Ups and 1 Box Jump for a total of 114 Reps.
Today’s WOD was awesome. I felt so good that I ended up doing another MetCon!

Total Reps: 45 reps at three complete rounds!
After that WOD, I did a one mile run on the treadmill… Great workout for sure…
