Today’s WOD was slow… I’m still trying to recover from the last Open workout! Hoping this pain I am experiencing in my legs subsides. I had a similar pain in the shoulders and completed a wod with snatches and strength of close grip bench press. That broke up whatever was causing the pain and I am better today. So I hope the same happens with my legs and I can get back into the heavy weights…
