Today’s WOD was a shoulder and arm burner. Hey there! It has been a while since I posted just a workout of the day. I’ve been so busy with vlogging, I haven’t had the time to post anything else… I know, “Excuses are like Asshole, everybody has one” is probably the first thing that pops up in your mind. It did in mine… Great workout with no time limit. However, I completed this workout in roughly 15 minutes. Just trying to keep moving during the Open. Tomorrow is the last announcement for the 2016 Open. Wonder what it will be?
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee and creamer, 1 cup of cottage cheese with pinapple, 9 almonds
Lunch – Turkey, Ham and Swiss sandwich on white bread (oops)
Dinner – Salmon, baked potato (oops) and butter…
Late Snack: Greek honey yogurt
