WOD Type: “Flu of Death Warmed Over”
WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute standard warm-up for mobility. I have also added overhead squat / Snatch Preparation Routine… Mobility man stretches.
WOD Particulars:
Complete the following:
- Mobility Warm-up
- TRX Warm-up
- 2 Sets of 45# deep back squats
- 2 Sets of 45# Push Press
Today’s WOD was nothing more than get out in the gym and do something while sick as shit!
Skill Work: Muscle-up Progressions and Hand Stand Push Ups. I went through the journal and found muscle up progression videos and loaded them for work in the garage. Even though I am sicker than a dog right now, I just had to get out in the gym and do a little work. I fear this weeks 13.2 workout is going to suffer big time considering I have the flu!
Overall, this week SUCKS! Oh, on a really cool note though, I completed 5 HSPU’s!!!
