Time: 31:13. Goal was under 30 minutes…
Today’s WOD was really a great workout for being in the hotel gym. I am going to work more runs into my workouts as I think this will help in getting my weight down below 200#. I’d like to be around 190# and I think running will tip the scale… Pun intended 😉
