Today’s WOD was a great workout. I love the rower and to do a 10k row in under 45 minutes was also cool since I haven’t been on a rower for over three weeks. My actual time was 44:35 and not sure why the rower says my average time was 2:35 considering I never went over 2:17, but whatever… Great workout!
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: potato, bacon and eggs with gravy running over the top of it.
Lunch – I can’t remember… ooh, squirrel! LOL
Dinner – Guess what, I can’t remember that either…
