Today’s WOD was killer! Just straight up killer. At first, I thought this is going to be too easy, the half-way point had me thinking how am I gonna finish? Lol… Overall, I really liked this workout. It’s actually in my wheelhouse I think. I felt incredible afterwards and still feel really good. Imagine after that pretty big lunch, I will be napping shortly. Nutrition: My nutrition has been okay today.
Breakfast: 4 ounces of Oatmeal with a bit of honey on top.
Lunch: 2 bake chicken Cordon Bleus, two spoon fulls of peas and one spoon of carrots and fried okra @ 1 spoon (I know, not healthy)
