Today’s WOD was day two towards starting the year off right! With posting to the blog that is… lol. I am also talking about working out too. Over the last two months, I’ve had a hard time with injuries and sickness. I’ve actually have had a hard time all of 2016 if I’m being honest. Monday, I go in to get the carpel tunnel surgery in motion.
Todays workout sure made me feel like I am getting back to normal. I pushed pretty hard and finished strong. I completed 3 rounds in 9:53 with a total reps count of 135! I’m really starting to like the doubles and the goal is to just keep on programming them until I am a double under king! I also need to add in handstand pushups too. I have a plan to start doing eccentric reps and holds. Only other item I still need to get is the muscle-up. Someday I will get one! Until then…
