Today’s WOD was fun. It took 24:52 to finish the wod which isn’t half bad for a (Almost) 50 year old. I can’t believe I’m going to be 50 years old in 2016. It went so fast and for so long away from family. I think it’s time for a change no doubt…
NUTRITION:
I only ate one of my Kind Bars for Breakfast and my normal two cups of coffee. Lunch was Taco Tuesday and I ate two burritos and two tacos. I know, I’m a pig… Dinner was much better with a tiny bit of beef, peas, scallop potatoes and a salad. Tomorrow I will try and make both meals healthy.
