Today’s WOD was a test to check the half way point of this work cycle. I have not been able to run pretty much since I completed this workout back on December 03, 2015. My knee is pretty tore up. I haven’t been able to do any squats with weight either. I have to warm up a ton just to be able to do air squats! It sucks ass! I hate being injured and especially the knee. So today’s workout does not really duplicate the first workout. However, I felt like this one was definitely harder to complete then doing it with running. All in all, I feel really good about today’s time of 25:44. I based the rowing on a 10 minute mile. Maybe I should have based it off of a 11 minute mile. Oh well, I’m sure it’s pretty close either way. I definitely worked my ass off and that’s what counts right?
Nutrition: Had my favorite cereal this morning for breakfast and then after my workout, I blew it with Taco Tuesday. I just love Mexican food! The enchiladas tasted as weird as I’ve ever tasted! Not good at all in my opinion. Taco’s are great though! I will try and refrain from eating any deserts or peanut butter. I’m not promising anything!
Book To Read:

Olympic Weightlifting: A Complete Guide for Athletes & Coaches
419 pages that breaks down each move and adds all the supplemental exercises too. There is even a section that covers nutrition. I really like the content of the book. It covers Olympic Lifts and that’s it! Everything that will improve your snatch and your clean & jerk. You really need to pick up this book…
