WOD Warm-Up:
Today’s WOD warmup was nothing more than a ride on the road bike from work to the house. I basically ride as hard as I can for 20-25 minutes and then I go straight into my workout.
WOD Time:
If I continue to just do the Crossfit.Com WOD regiment, I’m going to have to add another workout earlier than I planned…
Anyway, I complete 5 rounds in 17:15. My bike time can be seen at Strava.com, but here is the basics:
- 4.4mi (Distance)
- 241ft (Elevation)
- 20:26 (Moving Time)
- 197 (Calories)
- 177kJ (Energy Output)
- 144W (Average Power)
So, on that note, I now can see that I need to up the watts on the bike. Average 144W is not going to cut the mustard! I am going to work at getting my average watts up to 200W. I wonder if I should just go ahead and get the power meter so I can get a more accurate reading? Well, until tomorrow…
