Today’s WOD was pretty tough. I finished the workout in a time of 27:07. I originally penciled in 50# kettle bell swings, but after the first test run, I almost dropped it behind me. Balance while tired is pretty hard to maintain. I’m still pretty tired, but better than yesterday. We will see how tomorrow fairs…
