Today’s WOD started out really good and finished too quickly. My wife needed me to pick her up from her hair appointment and so I only got through the first round of the second MetCon. The first MetCon fucking sucked! However, I did not keep time and so it wasn’t as bad as it would have been if I’d kept time. Anyway, not bad, I will post the video of the start of the second MetCon here for at least a bit of proof that I at least attempted it… Before I post this, I want to make sure you know my gut hangs out on each rep. I’ve been working on the gut for a long time and it seems to never go away. So, I’m just going to live with it. Here you go:
