WOD Events:
- 10 Front Squats @ 115#
- 10 TRX Single Leg Squat Right
- 10 TRX Single Leg Squat Left
- 10 Kettlebell Swings @ 50#
WOD Time…
This is my first attempt with trying front squats and single leg squats. It really kicked my ass! I was thinking I would complete it in 10:00, but actually almost doubled that.
Today’s WOD time: 16:43 –>Not bad either… I really struggle with trying to get the bar on my chest. As for now, I am actually holding the barbell with my wrist and it kills… If anyone has suggestions as to how I can get more flexibility, please comment.
Anyway, I will need to double 115#’s if I’m going to be competitive in the games. I’ve got a lot of work to do between now and the opens in 2013…
