Today’s WOD was another tough workout after running 2.5 miles! My MetCon’s suffer from running first, however I need to lose more weight… So I am going to continue to punish myself this way. I finished the 3 rounds on the MetCon in 14:24. I was having problems again today with my calves tightening up pretty bad. I believe it is due to the amount of weight I am pounding them with. As long as the planters doesn’t come back, I will push through it. I may not get a workout in tomorrow because I have to be ready to go by 0600 the 29th… We shall see! I may just do a run or a good row.
