Today’s WOD was a back in the saddle workout! I’m pretty sure I did not do the proper reps though. I’ll be checking that out when I am through posting this blog. Anyway, I’m still hurting pretty bad from the move and from the extreme yard work I had to do last weekend. This workout actually made me feel like I was going to pass out! The last two EMOM’s did not go full cleans, only power cleans! This one hurt bad!
