Today’s WOD was a fucking calf burner! I could barely walk out the last .25 miles or 400 meters. It was horrible! I think I will be taking off from running over the next two days and consume a shit ton of water. Other than that, it was a relatively decent workout. I never feel like I get much out of kettle bell swings. Maybe its just me… The runs actually started out as being straight up 3/4 mile runs (1200m). But as soon as I got on the treadmill and started to run, I felt I could switch it up to vary the run a bit and did it screw me up. We shall see how the calves are over the next couple days. Hoping it’s just a water deal and not anything serious. I’ve had enough problems with sickness and shit over the last 3 months. Until tomorrow…
