My time in this MetCon was 13:37 which surpassed a time of 15:00 and I’m definitely happy about that!
My workout actually started a little late tonight due to a window in the weather. I had the opportunity to mow the yard. After that, it was time for the debates and I am big time interested in this election. Now, I’m not a political talking kind of guy, I like to keep those ideas to myself. But, tonight’s debate really made me happy… Have a great evening!
