Today’s WOD was fucking painful. I’m going to have to do this one again. I finished the workout in a time of 32:54 and it was quite taxing on the body. It feels so good to finally get back to the gym and be able to hit it as hard as I can without that stupid tightness I experienced when I was fucked up on Staff… Anyway, great ass workout and I suggest you get in the gym and get busy with it.
