Today’s WOD – was another Long MetCon. While doing the workout, I was constantly wanting to quit after the 2nd round. I just kept at it until I finished all 5 rounds. Once I cooled down, I felt really good. This is a great combination MetCon! I probably should have pushed a little harder and made the workout in under 30 minutes, but oh well…
