Today’s WOD was a nice change to the hard core strength program I have been doing. Three weeks on and one week of D-Loading. I can physically feel that my body is quite hammered over the last three weeks of workouts and it feels really good to be back at it! I was feeling quite burnt out over the last few weeks before finally getting back in the gym and especially getting back on the bikes. I really enjoyed last weekend being able to ride twice! Hoping I can do it again this weekend.
