Today’s WOD kicked my ass! At almost 5 miles of rowing after yesterday’s 450 rep workout, I’m exhausted and straight up worn the fuck out. The last four days of workouts plus the run tomorrow, I will be glad to take two days off to recover! Of course, heading home to three whiny brats doesn’t sound very fun!
