Strength: Oly Day 25…
- Tall Snatch – 35% x 3 x 5
- Warm-Up @ 45#
- 65#, 75#, 80# with 3 good reps and 2 failures…
- Snatch – Heavy @ 90% x 1 x 3
- 65# x 1 x 3
- 75# x 2 x 1
- 80# x 1 x 3
- Sit-Up w/ Russian Twist – 1 x 20 due to cramping…
Today’s WOD is day 26 and the final day of the Initial Olympic Lifting Program. So, now that I have a base, its time to really work on form for the next recovery week. After this recovery period, I will begin the 12 week classic lift position / technique cycle. So, for the rest of this week, it’s all about doing whatever I feel like in the gym and get back on the bike! I am in definite need to ride both road bike and the mountain bike…
