WOD Particulars:
Strength: Oly Day Eighteen…
- Power Clean & Power Jerk
- 75% of power clean x 2 x 5 @ 115#
- Snatch Balance
- 75% x 3 x 5 @ 45#
- Snatch Push Press
- 70% x 5 x 4 @ 95#
- Front/Side Planks
- 3 Sets @ 20 Second Holds
Today’s WOD is day 18 in the 4 week program. The workout seemed to go really quickly today. I realized my core is still pretty weak after trying to hit the planks. Anyway, I gotta get to studying and practicing my math for the biggest test(s) of my life… The ASP/CSP test through BCSP! My goal is to test for the ASP in August and the CSP in December. We will see how things go…
