Notes:
- Do each exercise for 30 seconds
- 1st round, rest 15 seconds each exercise
- 2nd round, rest 30 seconds each excercise
- 3rd round, rest 45 seconds each exercise
- 4th round, rest 60 seconds each exercise
Today’s WOD was pretty kick ass! I love doing snatch… 🙂 Anyway, today’s workout was a great slower version of a traditional all out MetCon. Will be doing more of these down the road…
