Today’s WOD was great. I felt like Hercules! No not really, but that shits funny. The overhead work seemed to be very heavy and the EMOM hurt like hell. So, I am assuming my intensity is up where it needs to be. I finished off with another EMOM of weighted pull-ups and dips. After performing the three day #ShruggedStrengthTest, I now know what I need to work on. Thanks guys! BTW, thanks for the retweets too. I am loving these workouts set up by Eof3.
