Today’s WOD was pretty kick ass! I love doing snatch… 🙂 Anyway, today’s workout was a good one for me. I felt really strong on the pull-ups and muscled through the Burpees. I didn’t do so good with snatch though! I had to drop the weight back down in order to do the reps. I actually did 145# by accident! I didn’t count the metric weights right. Oh well! Your turn…
