Strength: Oly Day Two…
- Muscle Snatch – Heavy
- 130#
- Snatch – 2 @ 5
- 2 X 5 @ 75#
- Clean – 2 X 5
- 2 X 5 @ 95#
- Jerk – 2 X 5
- 2 X 5 @ 95#
- Pull-Ups –> 5, 4, 5
Today’s WOD was day two of the Olympic Program. I have t say, it sucked! My workout really suffered from yesterdays. I could barely do a snatch with a full squat! I may have gotten 3 decent snatches and that was it… I had no problem with cleans and jerks. I should have done a much heavier weight, but it is time to work hard at form!
