Today’s WOD was really good! I like the kettlebell and this was the first time doing snatch with a kettlebell. So cool! I completed 161 total reps which I thought was really good. After that 7.2 mile hike yesterday, I am surprised I even did a workout, much less doing a new exercise! I guarantee my obliques and abs will be wasted tomorrow. I am planning on doing more and different routines with the kettlebell. I’m pretty sure I’ve only done American kettlebell swings. Anyway, tomorrow I am planning on a metcon that is three variations of kettlebells and something like body work… Maybe pushups.
