Today’s WOD was crappy! First day back after taking 3 days off. I chose to take those days off in order to recover. It didn’t do as I thought it would. I figured I would be feeling great by now and in fact, I feel worse! Not sure what the hell is going on inside this fucking body, but it needs to get back to good so I can get back to serious training next week. I also need to get my knee better so I can ride more too. It seems to be hurting more as time goes by in Physical Therapy. WTH? Anyway, enough bitching…
NUTRITION:
Breakfast – Two eggs, three bacon strips, one cup of fried potatoes and 24 oz coffee with 2 tbs creamer
Lunch – 321 Thai wings with fried rice
Late Dinner – 2 fillet Mignon with 2 bacon strips, 13 asparagus spears
