Today’s WOD was a good workout. I PR’d on the thruster from 140# to 160#. 25# total PR… The MetCon was a wrist burner after doing thrusters. It’s been just about 2 hours now and they are still smoked! I won’t feel the GHD’s until tomorrow in the afternoon sometime. Imagine 100 GHD’s are going to leave my core smoked. Anyway, really good workout and looking forward to seeing what my next Fran test will be in the time department…
