Today’s WOD was a split style workout. No real time involved, just working on form with the chest to bars. The OHS are a different story! I have no idea where I came up with the strength to do 95# OHS during the Open! Anyway, I made it up to 85# while splitting between the pull-ups for all but the last set. Total time in the gym today was 50 minutes…
