WOD Type: “MetCon”
WOD Warm-Up:
30 minute standard warm-up for mobility. I have also added overhead squat / Snatch Preparation Routine… Mobility man stretches.
WOD Particulars:
Complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
- 75# Shoulder Pres @ 4 Reps
- 75# Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 8 Reps
- 75# Front Squat @ 12 Reps
Today’s WOD was completed and I completed 6 rounds + 4 shoulder press which is 148 reps total.
Skill Work: Single Under Jump Rope with a couple of shots of double unders as well.
I like this combination of exercises, they hurt big time! I unfortunately had to go really slow as I am still trying to fully recover from the flu that has had me hammered since 13.1! I am truly hoping I will be fully back to normal so I can regain some of the places I’ve lost over the last two workouts!
