- 80#, 85#, 90#, 95#, 100#
MetCon: 13 Minute Time cap (Goal: 5 Rounds)
- 10 Deadlifts @ 135#
- 10 Wallballs @ 20#
- 10 Ab-Mat Situps
Today’s WOD was kick ass! I finished the 5 round goal with 2 minutes to spare, so I busted ass and completed 1 more full round! 180 total reps and still had gas in the tank. I would love it if they put together a workout this week like that one. I’d kill it! On another note, sorry I have not been posting daily wods lately. I’ve had a significant bug I was dealing with and I also have been experiencing a bit of a slump over the last few days. Hell, since March has started really! It’s just been so damn rainy and miserable, I can hardly stand it. I think I have the Northwest Depression onset by no fucking sun… or very little!
NUTRITION:
Breakfast: 2 Eggs with 2 pieces of toast and 3 cups of coffee and creamer
Lunch – 4 Tacos
Dinner – Smoked Ham Sandwich with Swiss cheese, mayo and a hand full of corn chips
Late Snack: 1 Cup of coffee, 3 fig newtons
